Railway Study in connection with construction of New Broad Gauge line between Chotta Udaipur – Dhar of 157 kms

• Consulted with stakeholders to inform traffic study and environmental and social concerns
• Conducted route identification and selection of ‘optimum’ alignment
• Design of plan and Profile (L -Section)
• Field investigations including hydrological, geological, topographic and geotechnical surveys
• Prepared preliminary designs for the permanent way, bridges, culverts, stations and workshops
• Prepared the bill of quantities
• Estimated and forecasted land use parameters such as population, employment, agricultural, mining, industries etc.
• Assessed land requirements for the project and recommended the mode of acquisition
• Prepared drawings of L-Section, plan and General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) of bridges, signaling and telecommunication, train management system, and rail operations
• Developed the station building plan and designs for different classes of stations
