RIL – Technical Consultancy services for Bulk Salt movement from Kutch region to Dahej Manufacturing Division (DMD)

Techno-commercial recommendation for destination siding is needed to cover below:

• Location will be designed for in / outbound cargo so FOIS / TMS shall be installed. Required infrastructure for same need to be evaluated.
• Design / placement of offtakes / connects viz impact on operation and chargeable freight need to be part of techno commercial recommendation for layout.
• Study the layout for feasibility of back push from serving station and risk from BDRCL / CONCOR sidings. In addition feasibility for TXR / idling lines to be studied.
• Feasibility study report and DPR to be pursued on priority. Detailed engineering study scope in trail i.e. refer Annexure 1.
• DPR of the project for IR and foundation for DPR to IR for non-siding areas
• Detailed Project Plan.
• Feasibility study, Engineering Scale Plan, and Detailed Project Report for the New Railway Line for destination siding at GIDC plant for Salt and Caustic Soda.
• For finalized destination detailed engineering plan for siding for creating rail handling capability. (Rail handling automation post unloading of cargo will not be a part of this scope)
• Detailed topographical and sub-surface surveys for the alignment
• BOQ & estimate for the permanent way materials, bridges, culverts, road crossings, laying of permanent rail line, permanent rail line signaling facilities, shifting of towers, automated level crossing, etc
